Some health tricks everyone should know

1.How to get rid of oily face? Rub an ice-cube in your face for 30~40 secs before going to bed or before going out of your home. It will also prevent pimples from growing all over your face.

2. One cold shower a day will improve circulation, increase metabolism, tighten pores, boost immunity and alertness, and speed recovery from a tough workout. Do this in winter season too. You just need 2 mins of guts to do it. I personally do it too and, well, it has never disappointed me.
PS- Do not start doing it all of a sudden in winter season cause your body need to adapt to the changes. Switch over to cold water for the last couple of minutes for few days. Then, go in compelte cold water bath mode.
PS2- Cold shower prevents acne too. Yes, the same thing most people hates. It seals your pores and prevents dirt & bacteria from entering them.
3. When you're on a diet or trying to reduce weight, drink a glass of water prior to half-an hour before eating. It will stop you from eating heavy meals and regret it later.

4. Fill a glass with luke warm water, add the juice of half a lemon and one teaspoon of honey to it. Now stir the mixture well and drink it. Trust me, this honey-lemon process works and it has many other benefits other than glowing skin.
5. Practice at least 3 yogas daily. Include meditation in one of them. For the curious people, it is not a hype and not overrated. Do it for 2 weeks and you will surely feel a difference. I have been able to concentrate on stuffs much better than previous and memory has been improved to a bit.

6.What to Do If Someone May Be Having a Heart Attack
With one out of every seven deaths happening in the US because of heart disease, it's important to know the common signs of heart attacks and what you can do to help a person going through it. Sometimes the symptoms are obviously cardiac arrest (which would require CPR, above), and at other times they're not so dramatic and could just seem like heartburn. After calling for help, if the person is over the age of 16 and confirms he/she isn't allergic to aspirin—and isn't taking any medications that could interact with it—offer a tablet of aspirin, which the Mayo Clinic says could reduce damage to the heart.
7.How to Carry Someone Heavier Than You
Usually it's best to leave a person who's hurt where they are until medical help comes. You should never move a person who might have a head, neck, or spinal injury. In other cases, however, you might need to move someone to a safer location. If you're not very strong or that person is heavier than you, here's how to lift that person without hurting yourself in the process:
  1. With the person facing you, take the person's arm and pull it over your shoulder
  2. Kneel down or crouch down so the person's middle is against your shoulder
  3. Thrust up with your legs and hips to stand. Don't lean forward or you'll hurt your back.
  4. The person will now be hung over your shoulder and you can walk around.
WikiHow offers illustrated steps. It also recommends trying this on small people or children first, which could be awkward or entertaining depending on the guinea pig.
Hopefully you'll never need to put any of these life-saving tips into play, but whether you have a first aid kit on you or not, at least you'll know what to do just in case. Bonus: Here's a printable two-page guide (PDF) to treating a few other common injuries, including a bleeding nose and sprains, from Real Simple.

Method: How to create your own comment bot for Instagram!!

Alright this method is so simple, you need no experience at all. It's different from other bots because all you need is a jailbroken phone. Like I stated in my last method of how to make a like bot, you need a touch macro. The one I use is Auto Touch. You can download it from Cydia.

Ok, once you got auto touch installed head over to Instagram. Now here's how this works; you record your touch actions of refreshing the page of a popular hastag and comment on the first photo. Then go back to the hastag page, refresh the page, and repeat the first step. For example; use the hastag "like". Go to that hastag, start the recording, click on a photo and comment "nice photo" (or whatever you want to put). While it's still recording go back the hastag page, refresh it so it shows new photos and stop the recording. Your done! Now go to that hastag and play the recording. Auto Touch will provide adjustable hot keys so you can set the "play" and "recording" buttons to whatever button on your device that you want. Once you press the play button (the button you set it to) it will show options of how you want it to play the recording. Finally, set the "repeat" option to however many times you want it to repeat. Now your set!

Things you need to be aware of: Instagram has a lot of limitations when it comes to liking and commenting on photos. Before starting the bot, experiment with how many comments you can post in a certain amount of time. Other then that, good luck and I hope this method works well for yall. Enjoy!

NoteMake sure you read up on jail braking your phone before you just do this to your phone guys. Jail braking your phone will void any warranty you have on the phone, and can cause instability in the phones OS, so make sure you understand what your doing before you try this method

Relieve from app developer : Jailbreaks are are more stable than ever and do not void your warranty as you can just update your firmware bringing it back to factory settings.

FACTS: 10 EASY METHODS TO AVOID CREDIT CARD FRAUD

In the digital age that we now live in it is, in many respects, safer to use a credit card online than it is to use it in the world at large.
That said, credit card fraud is still very much on the increase so you would do well to keep your wits about you.
If you believe you have already become a victim of credit card fraud then report it immediately, to the credit card issuer and to the police.
The sooner you act, the sooner action can take place to ensure that the situation doesn’t get any worse.
Also, report it to the credit agencies, such as Experian and Equifax, so that the fraudster cannot open any new accounts in your name should they have also been able to steal your identity.
10 Easy Methods To Avoid Credit Card Fraud

10 Easy Methods To Avoid Credit Card Fraud

Most are obvious but you would be surprised how many people are scammed by not doing these…
  1. Keep your credit card secure and never let anyone take it away from your direct line of sight
  2. Never give your credit card number, especially the 3 digit security number on the back, to anyone who calls or emails you
  3. Never enter credit card details into a website you don’t completely trust. You should check that the website address begins with https: and that there is a padlock symbol in your browser in order to know that you are dealing with a secure site.
  4. Always sign a new credit card the moment you receive it.
  5. Don’t make your PIN number your date of birth or 1234 – these numbers are easy to guess!
  6. Never write your PIN number down, especially if you intend to keep it in the same place as the card.
  7. When entering your PIN number at an ATM or similar, make sure no-one around has the opportunity to see the number.
  8. Check your credit card statement religiously to ensure there are no unknown transactions on it.
  9. Always shred any correspondence that has your credit card number or account details on it.
  10. If you move house then inform your credit card issuer of your new address straight away.

10 Universal Android Tips and Tricks That You Should Know

I’ll admit that my relationship with Android got off to a rocky start. My first smartphone was a Samsung Galaxy S Continuum, and it was so horrible that I bought an iPhone the instant my contract was up. Though my initial experience with Android was terrible, there’s no question that it’s improved by leaps and bounds over the years. I’ve experienced the awesome side of Google’s mobile OS firsthand in the form of the 2012 Nexus 7 tablet, which I received as a gift soon after its release. Since then, I’ve used it as an e-reader, gaming device, web browser, and more. In the process I’ve discovered a few useful Android related tips and tricks, some of which I’ve listed below!

1. Maintain it like a PC to improve performance.

1.1
While Android can do much more than iOS, it requires more horsepower and user finagling to run smoothly. You can’t do much about upgrading your smartphone or tablet’s processor (barring a new purchase), but you cantake the time to optimize what you have. Much like a PC, Android devices need to be tuned up now and again. There are several apps that can assist you in this, like All-In-One Toolbox. Even without that app though, you can do stuff like deleting old, unused apps, removing widgets you don’t use, and ending unnecessary processes on your own. To do that last one (the concept of which is much like ending processes through control + alt + delete on a PC), go to settings, apps, running, and manually end anything taking up too much RAM memory.

2. Take advantage Android’s customization potential.

2.1
I can’t tell you how many times I’ve used someone’s Android phone, only to see that they’ve configured it so that their homescreen is full of app icons, much like an iPhone. That’s great and all, but if you want streamlined and simple, Apple’s products do it better. You might as well go crazy if you have an Android device! This means using your homescreen for cool widgets, search bars, etc. To find all the widgets you have, go to your apps page, then select widgets at the top. You might be surprised by how many interesting options are available to you…

3. Ensure your device gets back to you if you lose it.

3.1.1
There’s no surefire way to guarantee you’ll ever see your phone or tablet again if you leave it out in public by accident. That being said, you can improve the chances of it being returned to you by editing your security settings. Go to settings, then security, then owner info. There you’ll see a little box where you can type in contact information that will show up on your lockscreen. This will make it easier for a good Samaritan to return a lost device to its rightful owner.

4. Carry around multiple batteries.

4.1
OK, so this tip isn’t quite as universal as it used to be since many Android manufacturers like HTC are taking a page out of Apple’s book and disallowing you from swapping batteries. Still, this will work if you own a Samsung device, which most Android users have. It’s pretty simple: if you buy multiple batteries, charge them up, and store them in your backpack or briefcase, you can ensure that your phone will never run out of power. All you’ll have to do is take out your battery when it’s dead and swap in a new one. This way, you won’t have to rely on wall sockets, which is useful if you travel a lot.

5. Make your phone harder to break into than Fort Knox.

5.1
Reader warning: don’t do this one unless you’re really afraid of your phone’s information being stolen. To permanently encrypt your Android device, go to settings, security, encryption, and tap “Encrypt phone.” You’ll then be required to create a pin, which you’ll enter every time you turn your phone on (in order to decrypt it). This is like the unlock code on an iPhone, except way more drastic. Usually it will take about an hour for your device to encrypt itself, and it can only be undone through a factory reset. Only do this if you have sensitive information, or want your phone to be as secure as humanly possible. Be aware that encrypting your information will slow down how fast you can access it.

6. Test out different launchers.

6.1
If you have an Android phone, you can use these things called “launchers,” which are essentially apps that allow you to make drastic edits to your device’s homescreen. The most popular one is probably Nova Launcher, which will allow you to change just about everything you can think of. There are several other launchers out there too, and you can play around with them until you find one you like. Often, they can make your phone perform faster than they would with the clunky interfaces that companies like Samsung and HTC give them.

7. Say “Ok, Google” to start a search from any screen.

7.1.1
It’s the 21st century and we’re all busy 24/7. Cut down on the time it takes to manually search for things by doing it with your voice. To activate vocal control over Google searches, go to your apps page and find the Google app. Tap it (it should take you to Google Now), and scroll down until you see the settings icon on the bottom right. Hit that and select “Voice.” Then, tap on “Ok Google Detection” and activate the “From any screen” setting. Now you’ll be able to start a Google search from any screen on your phone simply by speaking the phrase, “Ok, Google.”

8. Access the hidden developer options.

8.1
To really get a sense of how customizable Android is, activate the “secret” developer mode. Go to settings, about phone, and click on “build number” seven times. Your device should tell you something like “you’re now a developer!” It’s all very Easter Egg-esque. Once that’s done, return to system settings, and with luck you’ll now see something entitled “developer options.” One of the cool things you can do here is reduce the time it takes for animations to execute, thereby making your phone feel snappier. Do this by going to the “animation scale” options and turning them off (you can make them take longer too, but I don’t see why you would want that). There are plenty of other sweet customizations you can do on this page, but don’t go too crazy unless you know what you’re doing.

9. See useful information on your lock screen.

9.1
You probably know by now that you can put widgets on your homescreen, but did you know you can do the same for your lockscreen? This means that you won’t have to unlock your phone anymore if all you want is to see some basic information. To do this, go to settings, security, and tap “enable widgets.” Then, go to the lockscreen and swipe left. You should see a big “+” sign. Hit that and you’ll be taken to a screen where you can select widgets to place on your lockscreen. Put anything from your e-mail to Google Now there in order to see stuff like weather, new messages, etc.

10. You aren’t tied to the Google Play store.

10.1
OK, well, you sort of are, but you can download other app stores like Amazon’s if you want to. Indeed, I highly suggest you do so because they are always offering insane deals to try and rip you away from Google’s warm embrace. One of these is their “App of the Day,” in which Amazon offers up a free app to entice you to spend more time in their store. If you’re lucky, you’ll be able to save lots of money using these promotions, as at times they’ll put up apps for free that cost several dollars on Google Play.

Facebook to Buy Drone Maker Titan Aerospace

Facebook is looking to enter the game of drones.
The social media giant is reportedly in talks to purchase Titan Aerospace, a company that makes solar-powered, near-orbital drones, which can fly for about five years nonstop. Facebook would use the drones to help deliver internet access to areas of the world that still lack connectivity, according to TechCrunch.

Citing an unnamed source "with access to information about the deal," TechCrunch on Monday reported that Facebook will pay $60 million for Titan Aerospace, a privately held venture with research and development facilities in New Mexico. Facebook did not immediately respond to a request for comment about the report.

If the deal goes through, Titan would purportedly begin building 11,000 unmanned aerial vehicles to deliver Internet access to regions in Africa as a start to Facebook's ambitious global connectivity project.

The rumor comes after Facebook chief Mark Zuckerberg in August spearheaded a new organization dubbed Internet.org aimed at increasing access to the Web, with the stated goal of bringing the Internet "to the next 5 billion people." At this point, an estimated 2.7 billion people—about one-third of the world's population—have access to the Internet.

"Any plan to make Internet access broadly available will require making significant technology and business model improvements that enable some access to be either very cheap or free for people who can't otherwise afford it," Zuckerberg wrote in a white paper about Internet.org.

Google is also exploring the expansion of Internet access via aerial means with its Project Loon, a venture that would provide Web connections to underserved areas via high-flying balloons.

Meanwhile, Facebook isn't the only tech giant interested in drones. Amazon in December announced it is experimenting with drones that could provide half-hour, same-day delivery of its products to customers. However, the online retail giant said a formal introduction of the service, dubbed PrimeAir, is years away.

HACKING FACEBOOK THROUGH SOCIAL MANIPULATION.

One the way to hack Facebook is Social Engineering, but the question asked by nearly all the people who are new to hacking scene is that "What is social Engineering and how to hack a (Facebook) account by it?"
So i decided to write this article to explain what it is and give a real life example of my own.

First lets see what Wikipedia have to say:

"Social engineering is commonly understood to mean the art of manipulating people into performing actions or divulging confidential information."

According to Hacker's Jargon Dictionary:
"Social Engineering: n. Term used among crackers and samurai for cracking
techniques that rely on weaknesses in wetware rather than software; the aim
is to trick people into revealing passwords or other information that
compromises a target system's security. Classic scams include phoning up a
mark who has the required information and posing as a field service tech or a
fellow employee with an urgent access problem. "

So actually if you trick some one to give you the confidential information he is  manipulated by you. So now its clear that our beloved Phishing is also a kind of social manipulation. This might give you the size of it!

Lets get started:

So Phishing is a way to hack and its social engineering, but what are the other ways? Well apart from this you could trick the other person to give you his password. I know this might be really difficult but once you have mastered you could really make your name. Because the most wanted hacker of all times Kevin Mithnik actually used Social manipulation to hack though he himself couldn't write his own exploit!

An easy way is to guess the password from the information given, normally people use following things as their password:

  • Date of birth
  • Surname
  • Phone Number
  • School's name
  • Girl Friend's name :)
  • Favourite Movie
  • Favourite Band
  • Favourite Hero/Heroine
  • Favourite Fruit! (I used one when I was young!)
These are only some, but if you know the other person very well these might work!

Another idea is to manipulate the other person in giving you the Answer to their security Question! This is what I am going to cover in Real Life Example!

"THE MAIN TRICK IS TO EXPLOIT THE TRUST BASE TO HACK!"

So it means you should exploit the trust that victim have in you to get the information, the trust could be of a friend, colleague or official (If you are pretending to be a Facebook guy who need their password).

REAL LIFE EXAMPLE:

Some months back my best friend challenged me to hack his Facebook account, unfortunately he was a reader of my blog and knew all the ways like Phishing or Keylogging. So I couldn't hack him for much time every time i tried i failed. So I though of social engineering.
What I did first was to got the primary Email Address of Facebook, I got that easily by Visiting his Profile page. The email was in Hotmail!

So I opened the Hotmail password reset page > https://account.live.com/password/reset and gave his email this gave me the following page:

Here the security Question was " Name of Best Friend from Childhood?", it seemed pretty easy so started entering the name of all his friends but to my amazement the name was someone's whom i didn't knew.

So I went to the Chat and manipulated him. Following is some text from chat:
====================================================
Me: Hello, how are you/
He: Fine. whatsup!
Me: Nothing, just getting ready for your party.
He: Ohh great, it is going to be fun!
Me: Yah i know, who else is comming?
He: Only you and [He named some which were not the answer]
Me: Hey havent you called you old friends? I wanted to meet them.
He: Nupp!!!
Me: Are in contact with them, BTW who is your best friend apart from our group?
He : Ohh my best friend apart form you people is Arslan.
Me: ohh great looking forward to the party! bye.
====================================================

So those people who don't know ARSLAN is a name and to my Good Luck it was also the password! So I hacked his email and from their I hacked his Facebook account,

Don't worry no harm was done I just showed him that i did it and returned him the account because it is unethical to hack people to harm them. Real Hackers don't do this and I for my self only hack my dearest friends (who don't mind) for fun that all for me!
So from this example you people might have learn that how easy it is to hack through Social Engineering. But ALAS! the success rate is very low, but still where nothing works this works!

HACKING WITH A KEYLOGGER - HOW TO STEAL PASSWORDS

For the beginner hacker, or someone who just needs access to something quickly, keyloggers are the easiest, most user friendly tools to use, especially for certain tasks. If you don't already know, a keylogger is a program that can be installed on a target computer and stealthily record and log everything that goes on on that computer, ready to report back to the hacker. Some people use keyloggers to monitor their kids or employees but they can also be used to hack into accounts.

The downside of hacking with a keylogger is that you need to have access to the computer you want to run it on (although certain keyloggers can be sent via email). This means that the sort of jobs keyloggers are perfect for include; stealing a Facebook or email password from a friend or family member, or seeing what websites they visit when no ones around. Once the keyloggers been installed you can either retrieve it with a secret key combination to view the logs, or have to logs sent to you via email, without anyone knowing.

The keylogger (also known as Computer Monitoring Software) will automatically record all passwords once it starts monitoring, along with where the passwords were entered. Most keyloggers will have a tab that monitors websites, a tab that monitors applications and a tab that monitors keystrokes. All you'll have to do is look at the keystrokes tab, scroll to the website that you need the password for and see what was typed first – almost always the user name and password.

You'll also be able to see screenshots, taken periodically that will show what the target user has been doing in his accounts. Activities like reading and sending emails, looking at photos on Facebook and elsewhere on the web will all be recorded for you to look through. You can also customize the way the keylogger works, how often screenshots are taken and when to start monitoring. You can even uninstall the software stealthily at any time and they'll never know they've been monitored!

All of this is easy to set up and use, as keyloggers are designed for the average user, not the pro hacker. As well as monitoring keystrokes, websites and taking screenshots, most Computer Monitoring Software will monitor all applications used, documents opened or saved, items copied to the clipboard and more, all with the dates and times of when these activities happened. In fact keyloggers are the perfect spying tool, which you can now get for phones as well as computers.

If you're interested in learning more about keyloggers check out Gecko Monitor, which has a free trial and all of the features mentioned above. You can download Gecko Monitor by heading tohttp://www.GeckoMonitor.com
